Parish Life, Fellowship, and
Upcoming Events At Trinity

Trinity Church
is a fellowship of people
whose mission as children of God
and as Christians is
to know Christ,
to live Christ, and
to make Christ known together.
Gathering for worship
is one way we live out Mission.

Community is where we find and create connections with other in a variety of ways. Gathering together in love strengthens our relationship with God and each other. There is so much to celebrate in this our 175th year of downtown ministry. In the coming weeks, months, and year, we have an awesome calendar of events and activities.  It is my prayer that we who are Trinity Church may revel in this celebration, in hope of renewal and growth in God’s spirit and service, and always to God’s honor and glory.

Discussion Groups, parish luncheons/suppers and parish group committee meetings are held throughout the year and announced in our monthly newsletter, The Record. See the calendar of upcoming events for scheduled activites and meetings and the latest news for committee and parish group activity reports. Please contact the Parish Office if you wish to become a Record subscriber.

Fellowship is an important part of the identity of Trinity. Following our worship on Sundays there is a hospitality time when members, young and old, visit and enjoy the company of each other. This is a time when we welcome visitors and new members to the parish. Gathering for education for both our youth and adult members is another way we live out our mission in knowing the Lord Jesus Christ.

Life at Trinity tends to be very active. It takes many of different kinds of people with diverse skills and talents to make Trinity's mission work. Adult members of Trinity range in age from their twenties to those who are over the age of seventy, including several members in their nineties. Many are active parents involved with their children and family activities. Most parishioners live within a five mile radius of the church. There is a blending and mutual respect of all generations at Trinity. This diversity provides strength to the parish to meet the challenges of ministry and the building up of the kingdom of God.
