Children's Clothing Closet

The Chemung District of Episcopal Churches has been operating the Children's Clothing Closet at Trinity for approximately three years. Members of each congregation in the district donate clothing so that every child in our community can attend school with dignity. The closet is staffed and open to anyone in need three times a week. Call the parish office for hours of operation.

The closet is always in need of good clean gently used clothing. Put clothing in the bin inside the Church's front entrance or contact the Parish office for delivery times during the week. The District Clothing Closet is in need of more visibility and funding to buy needed clothes.

The Chemung District of Episcopal Churches are being asked for the fall months to donate underwear for all ages.   A monetary donation is always welcome.  Make your check out to Trinity Church and write on the memo line Children’s Clothing Closet. 

More volunteers are always needed to hope sort and distribute clothing. You are encouraged to dontate a hour or whtever time you can give. Contact Georgia Jordan, 733-6495, if you wish to volunteer for this important community outreach endeavor.
